With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

So you saw the Nero and thought it looked pretty cool in all black, then you probably saw this and wanted to know why it costs exactly £100 more?

What does the £100 upgrade get you over the Quella Nero? Well, you get a much fancier paint scheme, 4130 cro-moly steel frame (which is lighter than the Hi-Ten), and much prettier finishing kit.

Apart from that you have a simple, basic and good single speed frame that you can run around London on.

You can still fit a front tray, rear pannier, mudguards, and water bottle cages.

Technical Information
What is the Frame & Fork made from?4130 Steel Cro-moly, sturdy and very strong!
Crank & Sprocket size and materialCNC Machined aluminium with a sprightly 44T chainring, and a 16T sprocket which should be fine around London for the most part.
Does it come with any pedals?It comes with one size fits all platforms.
Wheels look cool, what are they?40mm Deep-V double walled, make sure you get the long valve tube if you need a spare! The hubs uses cartridge bearings which makes the ride a lot smoother.
Are the tyres good?The tyres are Kenda West 700x25c, the tyres are quite basic.
Any puncture resistance?
None unfortunately, but these are good for the foresable future, and we find customers upgrade the tyres after a couple of years.
Handlebars & Stem31.8mm Aluminium bull horn matched with a 90mm aluminium stem.
Is it light?It is pretty good for a single speed; 11.4kg (51 & 54cm), 11.8kg (58cm), 12kg (61cm).
Is this a fixie?The bike comes with a freewheel (like a normal pedaling bike) and a fixed sprocket if you wish to try the bike that way.
What about the warranty?12 months for the frame and fork, and 60 days for the parts. The parts that they fit a fairly solid and you'll probably wear them out before they fail.

Professional Opinion
A little bit about Quella;

Even though Quella sounds Spanish, they are in fact a British company that is located in Gloucester. So far we have been really impressed by the guys over there and decided that we should stock their bikes as they are pretty reasonably priced, look great, and really like the way the bike rides.

We always keep them in stock, so come by and you can test one out.
